Blogmas day 3- Christmas cookie recipe.

Hello so today I'm going to be telling you how to make your own Christmas cookies!
This recipe makes 30 cookies and take about 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients:
150g salted butter
80g light brown muscovado sugar
80g granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
225g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
200g chocolate chips (optional)

Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
  2. Put the butter and sugars into a bowl and beat until creamy. Beat in the vanilla extract and egg. Sieve the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt over the mixture and mix in with a wooden spoon. Add the chocolate chips and stir well.
  3. Using a teaspoon, place small mounds of the mixture well apart on the baking trays or shape then into Christmas shapes.. Bake in the oven for 8–10 mins until light brown on the edges and still slightly soft in the centre.
  4. Leave on the tray for a couple of minutes to firm up and then transfer to a cooling rack.

    Then decorate.

For decoration you could make your own icing from icing sugar and water or you could use fondant icing.

Best and worst Christmas jumpers.

Hello so today I'm going to be doing a blog about some of the best and worst Christmas jumpers.
So this is the Christmas jumper that I have just ordered from asos. It was £20 and it says I'm a believer with a little santa hat on it. I really like this because it is really simple but looks nice.
I also like this one from New Look because it's simple and sparkly. This is £14.99 because it has been reduced from £19.99.

Now moving onto the not so good ones...
So this is from H&M and no offence to anyone that has it but I don't think it's a very good joke and santa looks sad but it does look quite comfy! It is £14.99.
Finally is this. I found this on the internet and I know it's meant to be a joke but I'm going to say why it would be bad. It would be very itchy and you wouldn't be able to wash it but it would look cool!

Thank you for reading todays blog and I hope you enjoyed it.

Quick and easy make up look.

Hello so today I'm going to be telling you an easy and quick make up look that my friend did on me and I thought it looked really nice.
So the first thing she did was apply the rimmel match perfection foundation in the shade light porcelain- 10. She put this on with a real techniques beauty blender and I don't usually wear foundation but I bought myself some because it made my skin look really nice. It was £7.99.

The next thing I would do is to put on some concealer and powder. I use the lasting perfection concealer- collection and the 24 hour powder by rimmel.
Next she used the hoola bronzer by benefit but for contour. This actually worked really well.
Then for my eyebrows she used the ka-brow! Eyebrow gel by benefit. I really like this and I'm getting it for Christmas hopefully. This is £18.50.
For eyeshadow she used her naked 2 palette by urban decay. She used the second shade along and it's called half baked.

Then for mascara I used her they're real benefit mascara but I also really like the maybelline lash sensational mascara.
Finally I would use my mac lipstick in the shade viva glam II.

Thank you for reading todays blog and I hope you enjoyed it.

My favourite games.

Hello so today I'm going to be telling you about some of my favourite games.
Risky road- this game is where you have to get a car past various obstacles by holding your finger down to make the car go forward.

The line- in this game you have to get the blue ball through the red path. If you touch the red then the game is over.

Spikes- this game is where you have to tap to make the bird fly and bounce off the sides without making it hit the spikes.
The line zen- this game is quite similar to the line but this is harder because you have to get through obstacles.

Walking pet- in this game you have to tap at a steady speed to make the cat walk and try not to make it fall over. It's harder than it sounds!
Sleeps 2- this app basically tells you how many days, hours, minutes and seconds there are until Christmas!

Xmas booth- in this app you can take photos of people or yourself and make them look like Santa or the grinch or many other Christmas characters.

Dentist- this is an app where you are a dentist and you have to sort out santas teeth.

Hair Xmas- in this app you get to cut santas hair and colour it in any style or colour you want.

Thank you for reading todays blog and I hope you enjoyed it. I would definately recommend downloading all of these apps that I have mentioned.

What I want for Christmas 2016.

Hello so today I thought I'd tell you a few of the things I want for Christmas incase you want inspiration. Also this is my 100th post!!
So the first thing I'm asking for is the zoella "on my travels" backpack. I really like this because it doesn't look or feel cheap. This also comes with an inspire key ring, some pencils and a cup. This is only available in boots and it's £50 but I got mine when it was £26.
Next is the zoella pamper hamper. I really like the idea of this because you can reuse the box after you have finished all the products. This is £45 from Superdrug.
Next is the Tanya burr "beautifully defined" palette. This has 3 really nice eyeshadow shades in it, a highlighter and a contour and a face illuminator. This is £10 from Superdrug.
Finally is a Gerald the seal toy from finding dory. Gerald is my favourite character from the film and I like his eyebrow. This is about £20 from the Disney shop.

Thank you for reading todays blog and I hope you enjoyed it. It's less than 50 days till Christ now!
