Life with a sprinkle of glitter.

Hello so today I thought that I'd tell you a little bit more about Louise's (sprinkleofglitter) book.

As some of you may know I went to her book signing and got it signed!

My favourite section is the anti-baking one. I really like this because it includes 4 really quick and easy recipes that you can do even if you aren't very good at baking. 

The recipes are:

• crispie treats 

• chocolate-dipped popping strawberries 

• smoothie lollies

• candy bark or "chocolate pizza"

I also really like this book becuase it has no particular order, it has loads of tips in and it's decorated really nicely.

The pages all look so unique and cool. I would definitely recommend buying this book 5/5 stars becuase it's so good and I love it!

October favourites.

Hi today I thought I'd tell you about some of the things that I have really enjoyed this month.

So first is this hand sanitiser which I got from superdrug for only £2.50! This smells soooo good and it cleans my hands really well. I'm not really surprised as soap and glory is so good and I would defiantly recommend it.

Next is the babylips Christmas lip balm. This smells just like chocolate/ cocoa. It's really good and I would recommend it.

Next is the hollister perfume. You'd only like this is if you liked the smell of the shop which I do so this smells really nice to me. This is quite pricey but it was half price when I got it.

(Credit to my dad for the photo(that's why it's a bit dark))!!!!! :)

Finally is the first snow dusting powder from lush. I absolutely loveeeeeee this as it make my skin sparkle and it smells citrusy which I really like. This is quiteeeee pricy at around £5 for one bottle but I think it's going to last quite a while.

Favourite songs.

Hi so today I'm going to be telling you some of my favourite songs at the moment. Hope you like it!

First is Love Me Like You by Little Mix. I really like this song and would definitely recommend listening to it.

Next is King by Years & Years. I'd kinda forgotten about this song till a few weeks ago when I started to learn how to play it on my guitar but now I really like it again.

Next is Jess Glynne's song Don't Be So Hard On Yourself. Jess Glynne is my favourite singer so I really like all of her songs and her album I Cry When I Laugh.

Next is Permanent Vacation by 5sos. 5sos is one of my favourite bands and I'm going to see them in April with some of my friends.

Finally is my favourite song at the moment. This song is Chocolate by The 1975. This song is amazing and has been my favourite song for a while now. I just really really like this song!

House music!

Hi so I've just go in from a concert competition thingy at my school called house music. This was really fun and I had a really good time.

So the list of songs we sang were: 

• 9 to 5

• for the first time

• for the first time in forever

• end of time

• it's time

• I've had the time of my life

Our theme was time and my house is Stewart so we had to wear all black with yellow accessories. 

They also painted clocks on our faces but mine has smudged. :( 

In house instrumental we came 4th out of 6. 

In house music (which I was in) we came joint 2nd out of 6.

Overall we came 4th out of 6! (At least we didn't come last)!

Favourite apps.

Hello today I thought I'd tell you about some of my favourite apps.

First it's Instagram becuase it's a good way of seeing what other people are up to and it's good for keeping in touch with friends.

Next is blogger becuase without it I wouldn't be able to write these blogs! I really like blogger becuase it's really good and easy to use.

Next is YouTube becuase it's a good thing to go on when you're bored and it has a lot of good videos on.

Next is snapchat becuase again it's a really good way of seeing what people are up to and keeping me in touch with friends.

Moving onto games now. This is my favourite game to play on my phone becuase it's really entertaining and quite addictive! :)

Next is an app which I recently got called pop the lock. This can get a bit boring after a while but it's quite fun.

Finally is crossy road becuase this game is so fun and quite addictive! I really like this as you can play with loads of different characters.

Lush haul first impressions.

Hello today's blog is going to be quite long so brace yourself! :) 

I'm going to be doing a lush haul. Some of the things I have tried but some I haven't so I will be doing some first impressions on those. First I'm going to tell you about the things I have already tried out.

So here is the snowman shower jelly which smells absolutely amazing. When I was in the bath I was crying with laughter becuase it just wouldn't stay in my hands!! But then..... IT BROKE! :( it split into 2 and it's nearly split into 3 and that's only after the 1st use of it. :(

Next is the first snow dusting powder. This is sooooo good and would DEFINITELY recommend it. It is quite pricey at £5 per bottle but I think it will last a while. This surprisingly smells amazing as well. 

This is what it looks like when it's on. This is so good becuase it lasts quite a while and looks really cool.

Now I will tell you my first impressions about some things I bought from lush.

Next is this amazing smelling soap which is called snowcake. It's smells of marzipan and the glitter looks really nice and Christmassy!

Next is this bath oil called snow melt. This looks and smells really nice becuase it's got some glitter in which is a really nice touch.

Next is the butter bear bath bomb which again smells so nice and was really good at only around £2.

Finally is this bubble bar called Holly GoLightly. This is soooo cool becuase it is so glittery and smells really nice. It can get a bit annoying becuase even if you just touch this you will get silver glitter everywhere!!

Shopping haul.

Hello. 

Today I thought that I would review some of the things that I have recently bought.

First of all is this denim jacket. I absolutely love this because it was so affordable at only £18 and it's my favourite thing that I've bought from primark. This is so cosy as it has fluff inside it as well as on the collar. This is one of my favourite things to wear. 5/5 stars.

Next is the zoella soap pop. I think this is really good as it doesn't slip out of your hands when you are in the shower. This smells absolutely amazinggggg and it's affordable at £5 (from superdrug). 4/5 stars becuase the stick can be a bit uncomfortable to hold.

Following on from the soap I have the zoella hand cream. This is so good as it smells amazing and it was only £5 from superdrug. 5/5 stars because it moisturises your hands really well.

Next is just a small thing but I really like them. They are just 2 metallic pens in gold and silver. 5/5 stars.

Finally is minion tic tacs which I haven't had for a while. These are really tasty and are only £1 a box from primark. 5/5 stars becuase you can't really fault them. :)

Pandora from NYC.

Hi today I thought I'd do a blog about my Pandora from NYC. 

So here is the 2 things I got when my grandma and grandad went to New York. 

The first thing is this black leather bracelet that goes round your wrist twice. I really like this and it looks really nice when you wear it.

The second thing is this Disney charm which are only available in America. This is really cute becuase it has Minnie and Mickey Mouse together on one side, just Minnie Mouse on another and just 

Mickey mouse on the other.

Favourite films.

Hi so today I thought that I would tell you about my favourite films. Hope you like it. :)

 

The first one is papertowns by John Green. I really like this film because it is very mysterious and its just a really good film. 5/5 stars - I can't fault it.

Next is big hero 6. The main reason I like this film is because of baymax! Baymax has to be one of my favourite Disney characters because he is really funny and he is really nice :) 4/5 stars - go and watch it!

Next is despicable me and despicable me 2. Minions are my favourite characters ever because they are really cute. I really like these films because they are quite funny, sad in some places and happy in others. 4/5 stars - it's sad in some places :(

Paddington has to be one of my favourite films because it has some funny parts in and Paddington is really cute! Also at the end it reminds me of Christmas so I get excited! 5/5 stars - I want the DVD!

Next is the minions film! This is my favourite film becuase it's really funny and although they don't really talk you can understand the story line. 5/5 - my favourite film!

Finally on my list is Tangled becuase I really like that this film can be for all ages (my dad likes this film as well)! 4/5 stars - I didn't like it when she cut her hair at the end becuase I liked her long hair better:(
